The cup tipped over, or the dove gone. The Ace of Cups reversed is the heart held back — the love that didn't get spoken, the apology that didn't come, the affection you've been refusing to let in. Sometimes it's repressed grief. Sometimes it's the call to give the love to yourself first before you can let anyone else have it.
