Upright
A regal figure on a throne in a flowering garden, a pentacle in her lap, a small rabbit at her feet. The Queen of Pentacles is practical nurture — the parent who makes the food, the friend whose house smells like soup, the manager who notices when you haven't eaten. The card honors care that takes the form of action. Tend the garden. Feed the people. Including yourself.
Reversed
The garden overgrown. The Queen of Pentacles reversed is the nurturer who's stopped nurturing herself — the burnout of giving without receiving. Sometimes it's the opposite: nurture that's become smothering, or material care that's started substituting for emotional care. The card asks who's pouring water in your cup. Not the cup you pour from. Your own.
