Three hands meet over the same bench, and the thing gets made. This is your skill set down where other people can use it, the apprentice and the one who taught them, the tea blended better because two noses leaned in. Show up, do your part, ask where you don't know. No shelf in this room was stocked by one pair of hands.

Reversed

The work stalls when the lone wolf hoards the whole bench, or when the hands in the room aren't the right ones and quality goes thin. Sometimes it flips, and you lean on a circle that stopped holding you. Ask where the real work is, and who is actually in the room.

In the imagery

On the dark wood worktable, three pairs of hands cross in candlelight, sorting dried botanicals into labeled jars, one filling, one measuring, one tying the cloth. The soft gold lamp falls on a half-built blend that none of them could have made alone. The shared bench, the open ledger of recipes between them, carries the craft of many hands making one good thing.
