Upright

Someone shoulders through the apothecary door mid-stride, a wand raised like a torch, already halfway to the next thing before the candle stops guttering. This is the moment you say yes and move, boldly and a little recklessly, certainly without all the information. The card honors the leap, for some fires only catch if you run at them. Charge the hill. Just do not be surprised if you have to come back later for something you dropped in the dark.

Reversed

The same raised wand, the same heat, but the legs will not carry it forward, or carry it the wrong way down the hall. Reversed, this is impulse with no follow-through, anger that flares and scorches the wrong shelf, the charge postponed so many times the ember has gone cold, and the card asks for steadier hands and a clearer aim.

In the imagery

A figure strides through the dim shop with a single wand lifted high, cloak still moving, one boot already past the threshold. The candle flame leans in the draft of their motion, and dried bundles sway where they brushed past. The forward lunge and the torch-held stalk carry the bold, half-blind rush of saying yes and going.
