Build a Bedtime Ritual
A ritual is just the same small things, in the same order, that tell the body the day is over. It doesn't need to be long, only consistent. Pick the steps that suit you and they'll gather into a routine you can copy and keep by the bed.

- 1Dim the lights an hour before bed (screens to night mode, or away).
- 2Ten slow breaths, the out-breath longer than the in.
- 3Run the wind-down timer and let it carry you to the edge of sleep.
