Turn an intention into a mark
Write a short intention, watch its letters become a glyph, and keep a visual reminder of what you want to practice.
Try the tool →Three small steps
Write toward something
Enter a short, positive intention, such as I make room for patient work. Choose something you can practice yourself rather than a sentence that depends on controlling someone else.
See the reduction
Press Fuse the sigil. Read the letters remaining after reduction and watch the mark draw itself. Use Show the letters to connect the finished design back to its starting material.
Give it your attention
Press and hold the finished glyph until the glow is full, then release. Keep it with the PNG button if you want a copy. Choose one ordinary action that gives the intention somewhere to grow.
Words to recognize
- Intention
- The clear sentence you bring to the drawing.
- Reduction
- The tool removes vowels and repeated letters before composing the mark.
- Glyph
- The single visual form made from the remaining letter shapes.
try what you learned
What does the tool remove while reducing your intention?
Take it into practice
- Which part of the mark feels most like your intention?
- Where would seeing it invite one useful action?
Art, sources & approach
The letter reduction and attention exercise are this site's adaptation of sigil-making; the composed glyph is not a copied historical emblem.
Lesson diagrams and interface illustrations: Brews and Bloom. Diagrams simplify the idea being taught; they are not historical artifacts.
