Drawn up, it speaks of To walk peacefully among graves foretells long life and the settling of old matters, the ancestors counted as friends. To tend or garland a grave denotes a blessing or inheritance from those gone before.
Drawn down, it warns of An open or disturbed grave warns of old affairs unearthed, disputes over what the dead left behind, quarrels revived. To fall into a grave signals entanglement in another's unfinished business.

Drawn up, it speaks of The graveyard is the psyche's honest field, where the dead things of a life, old selves, finished seasons, loves that ended, are given ground instead of denial. Walking one calmly means you are in right relation with your endings, grief with a gate and a path through it.
Drawn down, it warns of Finding your own name on a stone points to a part of you buried alive, a self declared dead ahead of the fact. Untended graves are losses never mourned all the way down.
