About the weather, stories & sources
The weather layer
Optional conditions and three-day forecasts come from Open-Meteo, with the US National Weather Service as a fallback. A provider, retrieval time and timezone accompany the data. Forecasts and model estimates are not direct observations at your window.
The story layer
Our curated collection offers modern retellings inspired by named figures and motifs. The cards, artwork, and closing reflections are creative interpretations, not quotations from a historical text or promises about the future. A tradition contains many communities and versions; this small collection cannot represent them all.
The personal layer
Notice what resonates, and feel free to disagree. Try writing one observation, one feeling and one practical next step. Your page notes are temporary until you copy them. You can revisit a seeded story or sign in to keep the card in your favorites.
