The yarrow-stalk consultation takes about an hour. Three bronze coins do it in ninety seconds. Heads is yang (3), tails is yin (2). Three coins per line, six lines, one hexagram. The probabilities are slightly different from the yarrow — old lines come up more often — but the answer carries the same weight.
