Her own son, a shadow with a spear, nearly ended her wild life. Zeus, a final kindness, lifted her, a constellation. What does it ask, this great bear, perpetually circling? To remember betrayal’s cost, the brutal changes, but also the enduring light. To see that even in exile, a kind of eternal peace can be found.
