Arcas
the small bear
The small bear is dim, honestly, most of him you have to want to see, but the tail-tip is the polestar and the polestar is the hinge of the whole turning sky. Arcas watches for people mid-navigation, the ones steering by something they trust and can't fully see, the ones going home slow. He knows about almost-mistakes, his nearly ended his mother. So his counsel is small and firm as his star, hold still when everything spins, be findable, let the people who love you set their course by the fact of you.
Be the still point today, someone is steering by you.
