Set the moment
Enter date, local clock time, birthplace, and its time zone. Choose the matching city, state, and country. If the clock repeated during a daylight-saving change, choose the correct occurrence.
Start with three landmarks
Find the Sun, Moon, and ascendant in the result. Use the planet table alongside the wheel so glyphs never have to carry the whole explanation.
Read one connection
Choose one aspect and compare its two planets. Treat the interpretation as a prompt for reflection, then reset or try the fictional example to explore the controls.
Words to recognize
- Ascendant
- The zodiac degree rising on the eastern horizon at that time and place.
- Whole-sign houses
- Each sign occupies one house, starting with the ascendant’s sign.
- Aspect
- An angular relationship between two chart positions, within a chosen tolerance.
