FAQ

Dylan offers blind-question tarot readings: you hold your question or topic privately while he reads the cards first. Afterward, you can choose what to share and talk through what resonates.

For live tarot readings, Dylan primarily uses Way of the Panda by Kimberly Tsan. He also has a wide selection of classic and other decks to choose from.

You can keep your question entirely to yourself. If you choose to save it in the private question field when booking, Dylan can view it only after the appointment ends and he marks the reading complete. Preparation details such as birth information and dream descriptions, plus booking memos and access notes, are visible beforehand. Keep your private question and personal question context out of those fields.

Each service page shows Free or its current price before you request a time. A service marked Free needs no payment. For a paid session, Dylan confirms the total and payment arrangements by email. No payment is collected on this website, and Wicks are not used for live bookings. Please keep one active booking per email. Your appointment needs Dylan's confirmation; existing bookings keep the price recorded when requested.

After Dylan confirms your request, you'll receive the details for your chosen format: Google Meet, phone, or in person. For tarot, hold your question or topic privately while Dylan shuffles, lays out the cards, and reads first. Afterward, you can choose what to share and discuss what resonates. Please ask before recording.

No problem. Your confirmation email has a reschedule link that works up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, message me directly through contact.

Free sessions have no payment to refund, and unpaid requests can be canceled. For a paid session, Dylan confirms the payment and cancellation arrangements by email before you pay. Please cancel or reschedule early so someone else can use the time. Existing bookings keep their agreed terms. Contact Dylan with your booking reference and see the refunds policy.

You pick a spread, the deck shuffles, your cards are drawn, and the cards speak, a written reading appears on the page in about a minute. It's text you read (and can save as a PDF), not audio. It's free. You get a few fresh ones a day; after that you can use existing Wick tokens, earn free sign-in rewards, or return when your daily allowance resets.

They offer different experiences. Live tarot with Dylan begins as a blind-question reading, with conversation afterward. An instant reading uses the question or details you enter to create its written response; it does not use the live appointment's private-question process. Instant readings suit a quick check-in, while a live appointment gives you time with a reader.

Ask the very same question in the very same way and the cards hold their answer, the draw is seeded, so it stays consistent. Change the question, or come back another day, and the deck moves.

Submit your basket as an order request. Dylan checks availability and emails the final total, including shipping and tax, then sends PayPal details privately. No payment is collected on this website and production starts only after payment is agreed and received.

Yes, wherever the print house delivers. Everything in the shop is printed to order now, so your deck ships straight from the printer.

Each deck is made when you order it, allow two to three weeks before yours ships, and you’ll get a tracking note the moment it goes out.

The decks make a lovely gift, the Lotus Deck, the Brews and Bloom Tarot, or the classic Rider-Waite in three sizes, each printed to order in the Deck Shop. For readings, book a session and put the giftee’s name in the notes.
