Readings with Dylan
How does a live reading work?+
After you book, you'll get a confirmation with a Google Meet or phone link. We meet at the time you picked. I shuffle and lay your cards live. We talk through what comes up. You can record the call on your end — I encourage it. You'll get a follow-up email with the cards drawn and a few notes within 24 hours.
What if I have to reschedule?+
No problem. Your confirmation email has a reschedule link that works up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, message me directly through contact.
Are readings refundable?+
Live readings booked but not yet held are fully refundable up to 24 hours before. After a reading is delivered, all sales are final. The instant readings are free, so there's nothing to refund there — but if something ever reads wrong, message me and I'll make it right.
When the cards speak (instant readings)
What's an instant reading?+
You pick a spread, the deck shuffles, your cards are drawn, and the cards speak — a written reading appears on the page in about a minute. It's text you read (and can save as a PDF), not audio. It's free. You get a few fresh ones a day; after that you can watch a short ad to unlock another.
Is it as good as a live reading?+
It's different. A live reading is a conversation — I can ask you what's happening, follow a thread, push back. An instant reading is fixed: what's drawn is drawn, what's written is written. They're for different moments. The instant ones are lovely for daily check-ins and quick questions. Live is for the bigger ones.
Will the same cards come up again if I ask the same question?+
Ask the very same question in the very same way and the cards hold their answer — the draw is seeded, so it stays consistent. Change the question, or come back another day, and the deck moves.
The shop
Do you ship internationally?+
Most items, yes. Some heavier crystals are US-only because of shipping cost. The product page will tell you before you check out.
How long does shipping take?+
Self-fulfilled orders ship from me within 1–2 business days. Dropshipped items can take 3–10 business days depending on the supplier. Digital goods arrive in your inbox within a minute.
Do you sell gift cards?+
Yes — a Brews and Bloom gift card can be spent on anything in the shop or on a live reading with me. Choose an amount, and the recipient gets a code by email. They never expire.
